ABOUT KAYLA
Kayla LaRocque
Moving from Williams Lake, Kayla has called Victoria, BC home since 2011. She recently got married to her wonderful husband Chris in 2023.
After completing her diploma of Acupuncture as well as working as an optometrist assistant for 9 years, Kayla decided to fuse her passion for beauty and wellness. She decided to make a career change and took her first lash technician course in Feb 2019. Kayla has since been 6x certified, including Intensifeyed x2, Lashbox LA, Sugarlash Pro, Ellebana and Lotus Lashes of Russia.
Her passion for the industry quickly developed into a love of learning about new technology/techniques in lash industry, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of her guests. She’s excited to say that she was a finalist in Best in the Westshore Awards in Victoria in 2022.
In Kayla’s spare time, her passions include a love of cooking, playing games, hiking, paddleboarding and watching hockey (she is a massive Canucks fan)!
